Customer Advocate

Kevin Stainback serves as a Customer Advocate for InfusionPoints, where he manages the full customer life cycle of our clients, supporting their experience with our services and deliverables, and assisting with the analysis, design, and implementation of a secure network.  With over 15 years of experience as a Data Systems Analyst, Kevin is skilled in risk management, compliance, data management, data integrity, security controls, and IT customer service.

Prior to working at InfusionPoints, Kevin worked in the Hospital and Healthcare Industry at a private, not-for-profit hospital performing many data integration tasks, developing network automated processes, working with the executive team on business intelligence, financial dashboards, and moving personal health records from paper to an electronic platform.

Kevin graduated from Appalachian State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Computer Information Systems.  He also shares a passion for brewing craft beer and owns a brewery/restaurant in downtown Elkin, North Carolina.  On his off time, he enjoys spending his time with his family, trail running, and anything that allows unplugging and playing in the outdoors.
