InfusionPoints Receives US SBA HUBZone Recertification
December 15, 2011
The U.S. Small Business Association (SBA) confirmed this week that InfusionPoints, LLC meets specific SBA criteria to be recertified as a “qualified HUBZone small business concern.” The Federal government uses the HUBZone designation to help it direct federal contracting and employment opportunities to historically underutilized business areas.
“As a Veteran Owned Small Business based outside of the DC Metropolitan Area, working with the Federal government can be a challenge,” said Gary Daemer, President of InfusionPoints. “The HUBZone certification means that Federal program managers, contracting officers, and prime contractors will have an easier avenue to procure InfusionPoints services. Furthermore, Federal agencies and prime contractors may now take advantage of InfusionPoints services to meet their HUBZone contracting obligations.”
